(12/11/14) Pawtucket – Annie M. (Thompson) Simms Thomas, formerly of 475 School Street died Sunday, December 7, 2014 at Evergreen House Health Center, East Providence. She was the wife of the late Alexander Thomas and the late Arthur Simms.
Born in Atlanta, GA, a daughter of the late German and Sylvia (Andrew) Thompson, she had lived in Pawtucket since 1943.
Mrs. Thomas was a matron at Tolman High School, Pawtucket for 12 years retiring in 1980.
She leaves no immediate survivors. She was the sister of the late Ruby Woodum.
Her funeral with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Pawtucket will be private. Arrangements with BELLOWS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln.
