James "B.A." Piccirilli - West Warwick, RI

(07/26/14) James “B.A.” Piccirilli, 54, of Centerville Road, Warwick, RI, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014 at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI, after a courageous battle with a terrible disease, Scleroderma. James was employed as a machinist by Stern Leach of Attleboro for 25 years. He was a passionate World War II historian, runner, guinea pig owner, and rock of the family. From the day he was born, he was the center of our universe, and always will be. His wit, courage, character, and common sense were a joy to us all. James was the youngest child of the late Guerino J. Piccirilli and Dorothy (Barlow) Piccirilli. He was the beloved brother of Kathi A., Nancy L., and Raymond A. Piccirilli and Barbara and Mohamad Al-Sabek. He is also the nephew of Theresa Wixson and Marjorie West. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 from 12:00 (noon) to 3:00 pm from the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI.
