(07/26/14) Kathleen M. Gaffney, 69, of Harmony Street, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Charlesgate Nursing Center, Providence, RI. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Frances (Strembecki) Delahunt.
Kathleen was a homemaker to her loving family.
She is survived by a brother; Raymond Delahunt, a sister; Pauline Marzullo and a nephew; Michael R. Marzullo who was her caregiver. She was predeceased by two sons; Derek Gaffney and Scott Gaffney.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 9:00 am in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in the Ss. John and James Church, 20 Washington Street, West Warwick, RI. Calling hours are Wednesday, July 30, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Burial will be in the Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Coventry, RI.
