(02/08/13) Paul W. Monteiro, 64, of Bradford Ave., Fall River, husband of Diane (Robitaille) Monteiro and son of Cecile (Dupre) Monteiro and the late Edmund P. “Eddy” Monteiro, died Thursday, February 7, 2013.
An Army Military Police veteran of the Vietnam War, and 27 year employee of General Dynamics, he enjoyed woodworking.
Besides his wife of 38 years and mother, he leaves two daughters, Laura C. Monteiro and Mallory K. Monteiro, both of Fall River; two sisters, Ann Voltas and her husband James of Fall River and Barbara Silva and her husband Mark of Taunton, cousins, his in-laws and their families.
His funeral service will be held Monday morning at 10:00 AM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
