(01/17/13) Pawtucket – Albin E. Pilblad, Jr., 78, of Pawtucket, RI, Sandwich, MA and formerly of Attleboro, MA, passed away after a long illness on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. He was the beloved husband of the late Enid A. Pilblad. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Albin E. and Elizabeth (Talbot) Pilblad. He was a Korean War U.S. Navy veteran. After his service, he graduated from Franklin Institute, Boston, MA. He was a professional Structural Engineer employed by Maguire Associates and Keyes Associates before having his own Consulting Engineering firm. He leaves four daughters, Judy Moehle and her husband, Matthew, Erika McAndrews and her husband, Jerry, Kerstin Conroy and her husband, Steven, all of Attleboro and Robin Wilson and her husband, John of North Attleboro; six loving grandchildren, Eric and Brett Wilson, Zachary and Jason Moehle, Kerstin McAndrews and Tayla Conroy; a sister, Judy Curcuruto and her husband, Paul of Westerly, RI and many nieces and nephews. VISITATION will begin Tuesday at Noon followed by Services at 1 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Pawtucket.
