(01/04/13) Vivian A. (Clarke) Borrelli, 91, of Willow Drive, Cranston, passed away Friday, January 4, 2013 at Sunny View Nursing Home in Warwick following an 8 month illness. She was the beloved wife of the late John Borrelli. Born and raised in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late James A. and Violet (McQuisten) Clarke, she lived in Cranston for over 50 years. Vivian was a graduate of Pawtucket East High School and worked at the Seabee Naval Construction Battalion Center at Davisville, North Kingstown, where she met her husband, John. She was an active member of St. David\'s on-the-Hill Episcopal Church in Cranston for over 50 years, where she loved doing craft work. She also participated weekly at the Cranston Senior Center. Her biggest passion was spending time with her family. Vivian was the devoted mother of Barbara G. Borrelli of Cranston and Susan J. Cranston and her husband Richard A. Cranston of Warwick. Loving grandmother of Natalie and Lauren Cranston. She was the sister of the late James A. Clarke. Her funeral will be held Monday, January 7, 2013 at 8:45 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave., Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A off I-95) with her Requiem Eucharist at 10:00 am in St. David\'s on-the-Hill Episcopal Church, 200 Meshanticut Valley Parkway, Cranston. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to St. David\'s on-the-Hill Episcopal Church will be appreciated.
