(12/14/12) Ralph S. Miale, 89, of Warwick passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at home. He was the husband of the late Mary V. (Rose) Miale. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Cosimo and Elizabeth (Russo) Miale.
Mr. Miale was a self-employed contractor and served in The United States Navy during WW II.
He was the beloved father of Ronald R. Taylor of Warwick. Loving grandfather of Sarah Evans and Rebecca White. Cherished great grandfather of Benjamin and Taylor Evans. Caring brother of Grace Platter of Cranston, Frederick Miale of Florida, William Miale of San Diego, CA, Walter Myers of New Hartford, CT and the late Anne Viers.
His funeral will be held Tuesday, December 18th at 9:00 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) followed by Committal Prayers at 10:00 am in The Chapel of Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Monday 5-7 pm.
