(12/14/12) Cumberland – Roberta C. Maziarz, 65, of St. Louis, MO, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Edward and Mary I. (Flynn) Maziarz, she resided in Cumberland before moving to St. Louis over thirty years ago. Roberta was an avid photographer and a 1969 graduate of Regis College, Weston, MA. She had been a designer for the Imperial Knife Company, Providence, and was most recently an editor for Maritz, St. Louis, MO. She leaves two sisters, Althea M. Allard and her husband, Ronald of Pawtucket and Valerie M. Seaman of North Attleboro; a brother, Paul E. Maziarz of Cumberland and three nieces, Monica Allard Cox and her husband, David, Celeste MacPhee and her husband, Michael, all of Pawtucket, and Lana Seaman in Michigan, and four grandnephews. She was the sister of the late Laura M. Maziarz. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Edward Church, 396 Weeden St., Pawtucket.
