(10/24/12) Antone S. Medeiros, age 90 of Fall River passed away October 24, 2012. He was the husband of the late Mary (Freitas) Medeiros and son of the late Antone and Evangelina (Fernandes) Medeiros. Antone was a retired case man at New England Poultry, Braz Market and Alpert Bros. He was a WWII U.S. Army veteran, a member of the Tiverton VFW and a parishioner Good Shepherd Church.
Mr. Medeiros was the father of Virginia Costa of Weymouth, brother of the late Agna “Gilbert”, Dennis and Adelino Medeiros, Diamentina Fortuna and Mary Leite. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River SATURDAY at 8 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial in Good Shepard Church at 9 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. www.rogersfuneral.com
