(05/19/15) Sandra A. (Herrmann) Kennedy, 44, of Warwick, died Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. She was the loving wife of Michael T. Kennedy. Born in Panama City, Florida, Sandra was a daughter of Charles Herrmann of South Carolina and Ruth Rigby of Massachusetts.
Mrs. Kennedy was employed as a Cashier at Stop & Shop in Meadowbrook and formerly worked for J.C. Penney and Apex, Inc.
Besides her husband and parents, Sandra leaves her loving son, Richard C. Kennedy of Warwick. She was also the sister of Charles Hermann of Florida and the step-sister of Rachel Fraser of Massachusetts.
Her funeral service will be held Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 11:00 am in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave., Route 5, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 9 AM – 11 AM. Burial will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to the Muscular Dystrophy Association 931 Jefferson Boulevard Unit 1005, Warwick, RI 02886 will be appreciated.
