(03/21/15) Donna Jean (Merlino) Brooks, 64, of West Warwick, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the wife of the late James A. Brooks.
Born in Providence, Donna was a daughter of the late Romeo E. Merlino and Dorothy (Marino) Merlino.
Donna was employed as a clerk in the retail industry. She also loved to crochet.
She was the beloved mother of Peter Brooks and Anthony Brooks, both of West Warwick and the loving sister of Linda Saran and Joanne DelPrete, both of Warwick. She was also the sister of the late Ronald Merlino.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Monday, March 23, 2015 from 4:00-6:00pm followed by a Funeral Service at 6:00pm in THE URQUHART MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95).
