(03/03/15) Seekonk, MA – Allyson M. (Webb) Plante, 54, of Seekonk, MA and Jacksonville, NC, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 1, 2015 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of USMC MGYSGT (ret.) Alan E. Plante.
Born in Pawtucket, the loving daughter of John A. “Jake” Webb of Seekonk, MA and the late Rosemary (Perrino) Webb, she had lived in North Carolina for many years before moving to Seekonk this past May.
Allyson was a social worker for Child Protective Services, DSS in North Carolina for 5 years. She was a graduate of St. Raphael Academy, Pawtucket and Campbell College in North Carolina.
Besides her husband and father, she is survived by her two beloved daughters, Kristyn L. Plante of Seekonk, MA, and Michele Harrison and her husband, USMC SSGT Kyle Harrison of Phoenix, AZ.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 7 at 10 A.M. in Blessed Pope Paul II Parish (St. Leo’s Church), 697 Central Avenue, Pawtucket. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln Friday 5-8 P.M.
