(02/03/15) Julio Alba of Coventry, RI, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family after a long illness. Born in Brooklyn, NY he was the husband of Mary Brimer Alba. They were married for seven years.
Julio was a real estate investor and entrepreneur.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters; Ashton and Elizabeth, his mother; Felicia (Polanco) Alba and his sister; Martha Alba Salcedo both of Cranston, his sister; Carolina and brother; Julian both of Moca, Dominican Republic.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at the Gorton Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Saints John and Paul Church, 341 South Main Street, Coventry, with burial following at Saint Joseph\'s Cemetery in West Greenwich.
