(02/02/15) Cumberland – Marjorie H. (Goodrum) Cochrane, 90, formerly of Thomas Leighton Boulevard, died peacefully Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the Holiday Retirement Home, Lincoln. She was the wife of the late William J. Cochrane, Jr.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Stacy A. and Helen (Borden) Goodrum, she had lived in Cumberland for over 45 years.
Mrs. Cochrane was an office worker for Travelers Insurance Company before retiring.
She is survived by three daughters, Margaret S. “Peg” Chatellier of Cranston, Deborah Scott of Cumberland and Pamela Guida of Clearwater, FL; one son, William J. Cochrane, III of San Jose, CA; one sister, S. Elizabeth Cushman of Mountain View, CA; seven grandchildren, Jason and Jennifer Patras, Heather Scott, Kate and Jeffrey Chatellier, and Lauren and Rachel Guida; three great grandchildren, Addison Tonet, and Taylor and Riley Patras; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Richard Goodrum of Burlington, VT.
Her funeral and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
