(12/26/14) Pawtucket – Maurice C. Beaucage, 88, of Pawtucket and a summer resident of East Matunuck for the past 55 years, passed away at home on Christmas morning, Thursday, December 25, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Alice D. (Aurelio) Beaucage for 70 years. Born in North Providence, he was a son of the late Charles E. and Aura (Cote) Beaucage. Maurice was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He was employed by Hammond Motor Sales, Central Falls for many years until retiring, and was an avid fisherman. Besides his wife, he leaves seven children, Dennis Beaucage and his wife, Andrea of No. Providence, Maureen Dunn and her husband, Joe of Florida, David Beaucage and his wife, Donna of Charlestown, Daniel Beaucage, Gail Cardoso, Sandra Marra all of Pawtucket and the late Donald Beaucage. Brother of Jean Beaucage and his wife, Terry of Seekonk, Claire Valquette and her husband, Richard of Pawtucket and the late Gerard Beaucage, Gertrude Tomassi, Lillian Lenartowitcz and James Beaucage. He also leaves 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. His funeral with Military Honors will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Church, 103 Pine St., Pawtucket.
