(08/13/14) Pawtucket – Joyce K. (Krzyzek) Bejma, 71, of Bloomfield Street died Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Frederick B. Bejma. Mr. and Mrs. Bejma would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this September 5th.
A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late John and Valerie (Walek) Krzyzek.
Mrs. Bejma was a kindergarten and pre-school teacher for 10 years before retiring. She was a communicant of St. Teresa’s Church, Pawtucket.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Michael Bejma, and Paul Bejma and his wife, Maria, all of Pawtucket; four grandchildren, Stephen Bejma and his wife, Kayla of Foster, and Allyson, Mercedes and Alexis Bejma, all of Pawtucket; and one great grandson, Nathan Bejma of Foster; and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held SATURDAY, AUGUST 16 at 7:30 A.M. from BELLOWS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 A.M. in St. Teresa’s Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
