(07/31/14) PROVIDENCE – Mary B. Dorosko, 104, formerly of Rounds Avenue, died Tuesday, July 29th at Sunnyview Nursing Home, Warwick. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul Dorosko, Sr.
Born in Ukraine, a daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Boyko, she had lived in the United States since 1922, settling in Woonsocket before moving to Providence many years ago.
She is survived by her four grandchildren, Gregory Dorosko of Cranston, Amy Moran of Riverside, Michael Dorosko of Riverside, and Stephanie Dorosko of Quechee, Vermont; two great-grandchildren, Hope Moran and Cormac Moran, both of Riverside; and her daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Dorosko of Wakefield and Peggy Dorosko of Riverside. She was predeceased by her two sons Paul Dorosko, Jr. and Walter Dorosko; and her two sisters Stella D’Elena and Anna LeBrun.
Her funeral will be celebrated Saturday, August 2 at 11:00 a.m. in BELLOWS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited and may call prior to the service from 10:00 a.m.
