(07/03/14) VINACCO, Elizabeth A. (Berry), 90, of Warwick, passed away surrounded by her loving family Monday evening, June 30, 2014 at Sunny View Nursing Home.
Born in Providence, she was the wife of the late Louis Vinacco.
Mrs. Vinacco was a quality control inspector at Nyman Mfg. for many years before retiring in 1985. She was a communicant of St. Gregory the Great Church and will be remembered for her love of her family. Her home was always open to family and friend, especially around the holidays when she would spend hours baking pies and making delicious Italian cookies.
She is survived by five sons, Robert (Jeanne) of North Providence, Edward (Djelcia), David of Cranston, Donald (Gail) of East Greenwich and Paul (Jeanne) of North Kingstown; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and four brothers, Richard, Charles, Paul and James Stone all in North Carolina. She was the mother of the late Louis Vinacco and sister of the late Mavis Heon and David Stone.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, July 7, 2014 at 7:45 am from the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 am in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane, Warwick. Interment will follow in RI Veterans Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 pm.
