EVANS, MARY E. was the wife of the late Malkard D. Evans. Born in New Bedford, MA. September 27, 1924, a daughter of the late Isaac and Helena (Magnett) Gracia. Mrs. Evans worked in Social Service for the John Hope Settlement House. She is survived by sons Stanley W.Brown, Daniel L. Evans and his wife Isabel, Malkard W., Keith W., William I., and Robin M. A. Evans, daughters Christy R. Nelson, Janice L. Evans, and the late Jeannie M. Evans. Sister of the late Walter, William, Joseph, and Calvin Gracia and the late Elizabeth Clark. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren and her cousin Alice Dorsett. Calling hours Saturday 9:00-10:00 am. at \"WOODLAWN\" Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue Cranston .
