(02/13/13) Attleboro – Hazel J. (Horridge) Lamarre-Demers, 80, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 10, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Demers and the late Roger “Pat” Lamarre. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late James and Madeline (Bailey) Horridge. Hazel worked for Fuller Box Co., North Attleboro and as a waitress at several area diners over the years until retiring many years ago. She was an avid fan of the Wheel of Fortune game show. Hazel leaves four children, Connie J. Fedelia of North Attleboro, MA, Madeline Olson-Moore and her husband, Tom of British Columbia, Canada, Roger Lamarre and his wife, Judy of Seekonk, MA and James T. Lamarre and his wife, Kelly McKeon of Attleboro, MA; two sisters, Lil McDermott in Rhode Island and Del Ruckert in Arizona; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
