(02/11/13) Frank M. Angeloro, 86, formerly of Warwick passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Home in East Greenwich. He was the devoted husband of C. Elizabeth (Martens) Angeloro for 63 years. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of the late Charles and Mary (Pietrotuano) Angeloro.
An Insurance Executive, Mr. Angeloro was the President of Frank B. Hall, Inc. in Providence until his retirement in 1987. He served in The United States Army during WW II. He was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Columbia University, a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Warwick and a proud volunteer for the Salvation Army.
Mr. Angeloro was an avid golfer and was a member of Quidnessett Country Club since 1960, a member of the Aurora Civic Association and the former Turks Head Club. He was a fan of the Brooklyn Dodgers and New York Giants.
He was the beloved father of Charles W. Angeloro, Sr. and his wife Susan of Saunderstown, Frank M. Angeloro and his wife Paula of North Kingstown and Caren A. Santos and her husband Gary of West Warwick. Loving grandfather of four and great-grandfather of three. He was the brother of the late Vincent Angeloro and father-in-law of the late Janice J. Angeloro.
His funeral will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 8:45 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Con-celebrated Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 596 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick. Burial, with military honors, will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 4 to 8 pm.
