(12/28/12) Jacques, Paul D., 56, formerly of the Phenix section of West Warwick and Hope, passed away Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 at the Eleanor Slater Hospital, Zambarano Unit in Pascoag.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Arthur F. Jacques, Sr. and the late Lorraine D. (Theroux) Sieli.
He loved spending time with his memere, Yvonne Theroux.
He is survived by a sister, Jacqueline M. Frink, of Pascoag; a brother, Arthur F. Jacques, Jr., of Warwick; four nieces; one nephew and two great nephews.
