D\'AREZZO, EDWARD F., 89, of Briarwood Road, Cranston passed away Monday December 10, 2012 at Morgan Health Center. He was the husband of Anna V. (DeSimone) D\'Arezzo. He is also survived by one son, Edward M. D\'Arezzo and one daughter, Joyce Burke and her husband Stephen, two grandchildren; Tara Enda (Brian),Stephen Burke, Jr. (Christina), and two great grandchildren; Sean Enda and Thomas Burke. Mr. D\'Arezzo was born in Providence a son of the late Marco and Minnie D\'Arezzo. He was the brother of Guido D\'Arezzo and the late Flora DiPrete.
Mr. D\'Arezzo was a self-employed Master Electrician and also retired from the City of Cranston. He was a United States WWll Navy Veteran from 1943-1945 serving in the South Pacific on the USS Dortch as a Petty Officer 3rd Class Electrician and was a VFW Member.
His funeral is Friday at 8:45 a.m. from \"WOODLAWN\" Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, West Warwick. Burial with Military Honors will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting Hours Thursday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless 1070 Main Street Suite 202 Pawtucket, R.I. 02860.
