(11/05/12) Dina Jean Panciera (Mowrey), 56, peacefully entered into eternal life on Sunday, October 28th, 2012. She was born January 2, 1956 and was living in North Kingstown, RI.
Dina was predeceased by her brother Stephen James Panciera and her parents Nardino and Yolanda (Santulli) Panciera. She lived most of her life in RI, but spent 6 years in Canada where she attended Seneca College. There she studied Psychology and hoped to become involved in providing women’s services. She especially wanted to help battered women. She was an avid animal lover who had a special affinity for horses and cats and cared for many of them during her life.
She also was a great lover and trainer of dogs. In addition to many cousins, aunts and uncles, Dina leaves a very dear friend Donna. Donna was a great source of support over the course of their 30 year friendship.
A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Rushlow-Iacoi Funeral Home & Crematory, 64 Friendship Street, Westerly. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian Cemetery, Westerly.
