(10/24/12) Lincoln – Marion F. “Aunt Marion” Nolin, 86, died October 22, 2012 after an illness.
Born and raised in Lincoln, she was a beloved daughter of the late Charles and Mary (McGuinniss) Nolin.
Miss Nolin enjoyed her family and work. She worked for an advertising agency in Providence and her family benefited from her work as they received tickets in the front row for special events. Marion devoted herself to her family and St. Jude’s Church of Lincoln.
She was a graduate of Holy Trinity School and was a high school graduate of St. Xavier Academy.
She is survived by one brother, U.S. Army Colonel (ret.) E. Robert Nolin of Warwick, NY. Marion loved her many nieces and nephews as well as her great nieces and great nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary A. Nolin, Joseph Charles Nolin, Norman Nolin, Genevieve Nolin, Louise Smith, and Nancy Jacques.
Her funeral will be held SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27 at 8:30 A.M. from BELLOWS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Jude’s Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.
