AnneMarie "Nanny" (Musco) Butler - Pawtucket, RI

(10/21/12) Pawtucket – AnneMarie “Nanny” (Musco) Butler, 70, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 19, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Musco and Helen Belanger and the step-daughter of the late Raymond Belanger. AnneMarie was a clerk in various offices in the East Providence School Department for over 30 years until retiring in 2006. She enjoyed the casinos, playing cards, the Boston Red Sox, being outdoors and solving crossword puzzles. AnneMarie loved seafood and cooking shows. Most important to her, however, was her family. She leaves four loving sons: Brian T. Butler of Rumford, Bruce A. Butler of Pawtucket, Arnold W. Butler of Riverside and Sherwood A. Butler, III of Rehoboth. She also leaves two brothers: Joseph Musco and Raymond Belanger, both of Cranston. She was “Nanny” to Arnold Butler, Brian Butler, Kaylee Butler, Kevin Creighton, Jessica Schuknecht , Jacob Butler, Katherine Butler, and Louis Butler. She was also great “Nanny” to Adam and Zainab “Zizi” Butler-Salim. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Teresa Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, 724 Pleasant Street, Pawtucket. VISITATION will be Tuesday 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society, 20 Speen Street, P.O.
