(10/17/12) Ruth A. Palmer, 60, of Westerly, RI, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at the Coventry Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Coventry, RI.
Born in 1952, in Cranston RI, she was the daughter of Leon J. and the late Barbara A. (Barber) Lussier.
Ruth was a secretary for the Westerly Hospital for many years before her retirement.
Besides her father, she is survived by her daughter; Rachelle A. Palmer.
