(07/27/15) North Providence – Josephine A. (Garzone) Rosati, 93, of North Providence died peacefully Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Hopkins Manor, North Providence. She was the wife of the late Salvatore “Ted” Rosati.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Eugenio and Vincenza (Rossi) Garzone, she had lived in North Providence for most of her life.
She was a graduate of Mount Pleasant High School and Katherine Gibbs School.
Mrs. Rosati was the office secretary in the Building Inspector’s Office for the Town of North Providence for over 20 years before retiring.
She is survived by two sons, Richard Rosati of North Providence and David Rosati of Orlando, FL; two grandchildren, Jodi Magill and Nicholas Rosati; and five grandchildren, Christopher, Connor, Cooper, Mason and Liam. She was the sister of the late Evelyn Magnami.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, August 1 at 10:30 A.M. in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 4th Street, North Providence.
