(07/24/15) Cranston – Paul A. Coulombe, 68, of Cranston died Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence.
Born in Pawtucket, a son of Armand Coulombe of Pawtucket and the late Laurel (Trottier) Coulombe, he had lived in Pawtucket for most of his life and had lived in Cranston for the past 2 years.
Mr. Coulombe was a service manager for City Oil Company in Pawtucket for over 25 years before retiring. He was very active in the heating and air conditioning industry. He was a graduate of New England Tech.
He loved to boat and fish, spend time with his family, and loved to watch old westerns.
He served in the United States Army.
Besides his father, he is survived by one daughter, Melissa A. Coulombe of Johnston; one son, Mark Coulombe of Pawtucket; one sister, Debra Gorman of Greenville; three brothers, Richard Coulombe of Foster, and Robert and David Coulombe, both of Pawtucket; three grandchildren, Taylor Coulombe, and Faith and Lily Robertson; and several nieces and nephews. He was the grandfather of the late Alexis Coulombe.
His funeral will be held Tuesday, July 28 at 8 A.M. from Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 A.M. in St. Teresa’s Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Burial will be private.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call Monday 5-8 P.M.
