(04/11/15) Joseph Mello, 38, of Warwick died Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI. He was the son of William J. Mello of Warwick and the late Ellen (Adams) Mello.
Joe had a humble and friendly way about him who was always willing to help someone in need. He had a love for music and was a great uncle always keeping his family in line.
He is survived by four siblings: Theresa McMillan of Warwick, William J. Mello of Oklahoma, James A. Mello of Oklahoma, and Dawn P. Mello of Pawtucket. He will be missed by his nephew and all his nieces.
A Catholic Prayer Service will be held for Joe at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick on Sunday, April 19 at 2 PM. Visitation will be from 1-2 PM prior to the Prayer Service. Burial will be private. Remembrances may be shared at carpenterjenks.com.
