(09/24/12) Pawtucket – Stacia M. (Wilczek) O’Hara, 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, September, 21, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Thomas F. O’Hara for 67 years. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late John and Catherine (Ziomek) Wilczek. Stacia enjoyed sewing, quilting, taking short trips to Cape Cod and dining out with friends and family. Besides her loving husband she leaves her three children, David T. O’Hara of North Providence, Mary Ann O’Hara of Pawtucket and Bruce W. O’Hara and his wife, Randee of West Kingston; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother Ferdinand Wilczek and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Stanley J. and Felix Wardyga. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in the Church of St. Leo the Great, 697 Central Ave. Interment will follow at Mt. St. Mary Cemetery.
