(02/10/15) Jack D. Potter, 63, formerly of Providence, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Eleanor Slater Hospital, Zambarano Unit.
He was the beloved son of the late Norman and Violet (Wahl) Potter. Cherished cousin of Walter Henry and Claire Azar.
Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 1:00-2:00 pm followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95). Burial will be private.
