(09/16/12) Albina (Bartash) Ingalls, 93, of Warwick, died on September 15, at home. She was the wife of the late Leslie H. Ingalls, Sr. She was born in Boston, MA, daughter of the late Victor Bartash and Albina (Sudaucki) Bartash. She lived for many years in South Weymouth, MA.
Albina worked as a waitress most of her life, ending her career at the restaurant in Filene’s department store in downtown Boston. Since moving to Warwick she was lovingly cared for by the staff at Cornerstone Adult Services in Apponaug, where she had many friends.
She is survived by her son, Leslie H. Ingalls, Jr. and his wife, Jacqueline, with whom she lived. She was the grandmother of Leslie P. Ingalls and Kelly (Ingalls) Trenn, both of Warwick, and Erin Ingalls of Maynard, MA. She leaves 4 great-grandchildren. She was the sister of Victor Bartash, Mildred Cosby and the late Helen Petrillo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Clement Church, 111 Long Street, Warwick on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 9:00 am. Calling hours are omitted. Burial will be private.
