(12/05/14) Amelia (Gazzerro) Kuniss, 99, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late William Kuniss and daughter of the late James and Julia (DeSalvo) Gazzerro.
Amelia was a baker at Kent Hospital until her retirement. She was a member of St. Ann Sodality of Sacred Heart Church, Sacred Heart Senior Center, and AARP.
She was the beloved mother of Deanna Peloquin of Warwick, cherished grandmother of Lyn Ryan of Warwick and William Peloquin of Melbourne, FL, and great-grandmother of Anna Ryan, and the late Matthew Ryan.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 9:00am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave., Route 5, Warwick (exit 12 A on I-95) Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church 820 Providence St. at 10:00am. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited and may visit on Monday, December 8, 2014 from 4-7pm
