Everett R. Kettle, 68, of Blackstone Street, Cumberland, RI, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Goldencrest Nursing Centre, North Providence, RI. Born in Cranston, RI, he was the son of the late George L. Sr. and Angeline E. (Capwell) Kettle.
Everett was a yardman for Gorham Manufacturing of Cranston, RI, for 14 years, prior to that he was employed at Hass Brothers Farm of Rehoboth, MA.
He is survived by three brothers; George L. Kettle, Richard T. Kettle and Ronald D. Kettle, a sister; Joyce E. Kettle and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers; William H. Kettle and Donald D. Kettle.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 12:00 pm in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Calling hours will be prior from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Burial will be private.
