(06/24/14) Pawtucket – Theresa A. (Cherry) Nacci, 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. She was the former wife of Edward A. Nacci of Providence. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late James F. and Sarah J. (McNulty) Cherry. Theresa was a waitress at Asquino’s Restaurant, East Providence for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed bowling; playing cards; going to the casino; dancing and sing-a-longs. Besides her former husband, she leaves three daughters, Sarah Lotring in Connecticut, Linda Gilheeney of Providence and Jacqueline Nacci of Wakefield; a sister, Veronica Beaulieu of Rumford; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Theresa was one of twelve siblings. VISITATION will begin on Friday at 11 a.m. followed by Services at 2 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
