(06/20/14) KEEFE, Martha C. (Donnelly), of Oakland Beach Ave., Warwick, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at home.
She was the wife of Philip M. Keefe, they had been married for 24 years. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Charles T. and Mary Anne (Higgins) Donnelly. She was a lifelong resident of Warwick.
Martha was a child protective investigator with the RI Department of Children Youth & Family for 27 years. She was a communicant of St. Rita Church, enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid baseball fan.
Besides her husband she leaves her loving children, Catherine M. “Katie” Keefe and Philip J. Keefe both at home; three sisters, Kathleen M. Mulleavey of Concord, NH, Mary Elizabeth Drake and Sheila E. Gould both of Warwick; a brother, Charles T. Donnelly, Jr. of Westerly and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 10 am in St. Rita Church, Oakland Beach Ave., Warwick. Interment will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 pm in the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick.
