(06/12/14) Coventry - Lucille J. (Tougas) Lovegreen, 79, died Sunday, June 8, 2014 at home. She was the wife of the late Albert J. Lovegreen, Sr.
Born in Boston, MA, the daughter of the late Alcide and Leonore (Brodeur) Tougas, she lived in Warwick before moving to Coventry 15 years ago. She worked in retail sales at Ann & Hope in Warwick.
She loved to read and socialize. She enjoyed sitting on the beach, especially Buttonwoods Beach in Warwick.
She is survived by four children: LuAnn M. Pierce of Riverside, Robert A. Wilcox of Warwick, Judy L. Bourassa of Monroe, TN and Lori Karlson of South Carolina; six grandchildren: David, Jamie, Danielle, Jeff, Michael & Alyssa and three great grandchildren: Cody, Emma & Anna. She was predeceased by her brother Roger Tougas.
A prayer service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 11:30 am at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick.
