(06/03/14) Cumberland – Frances M. (Gallo) Fruzenski, 88, of Bear Hill Road died Monday, June 2, 2014 at St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Karl Fruzenski.
Born in Worcester, MA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Butera) Gallo, she had lived in Central Falls before moving to Cumberland in 1971.
Mrs. Fruzenski was a jewelry worker at A.T. Cross Company, Lincoln before retiring.
She is survived by one daughter, Karlene Laird and her husband, Douglas of Cumberland; one sister, Yolanda Mycroft of Cumberland; two brothers, Joseph Gallo of Providence and Arthillio Gallo of Smithfield; three grandchildren, Jason Laird, Kelley Souza and David Laird; two great granddaughters, Ariana and Kaelyn Souza; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Ralph Gallo, Edna Tioli and Eleanor Sheldon.
Her funeral will be celebrated SATURDAY, JUNE 7 at 8:45 A.M. from BELLOWS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Aidan’s Church, 1460 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
