(06/02/14) MARTELLINI, SALVATORE A. \"Fred\" 92 of Cranston passed away May 31, 2014 at Kent County Memorial Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Josephine (Matrullo) Martellini. Born in Providence a son of the late Joseph and Amelia (Simone) Martellini. Mr Martellini was a postal worker for the U.S. Postal Service before retiring. He was a member of the Postal Workers Union. He is survived by his beloved daughter Andrea J. Gingras and her husband Michael S. Gingras. Brother of Josephine Martellini and the late Anthony Martellini, Phyllis Martellini and Ida Hammond. Uncle of John Hammond. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday June 4, 2014 at 10 a.m. in St. Mary\'s Church, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann\'s Cemetery. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Donations may be made to the ASPCA or the American Heart Association.
