(05/30/14) Elizabeth A. (Grant) Felici, 89, of Warwick passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Sunnyview Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Mario O. Felici. Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Mary (McKenna) Grant.
Mrs. Felici was a Feature Writer for the Providence Journal, a Freelance Writer for the Kent County Daily Times. She had her own radio show on WWRI Getting To Know You and was featured on Salty\'s Shack with Salty Brine and on Dialing for Dollars.
She was the beloved mother of Ronald Felici and his wife Cecile of West Warwick, Paula Felici and her husband Frank DiMasi of Palm Coast, FL, Joyce Felici and her husband Paul Leclerc of East Greenwich, Elizabeth Felici and her husband Kenneth Gil of West Warwick and Mia Felici and her husband Kurt Walters of Collinsville, CT. Loving grandmother of Ryan and Alex Walters, Felicia Farrell, Alicia Kamm, Ronda Felici, Mario Felici and Nicole Nelson. Cherished great grandmother of Maxwell Farrell, Felicity Kamm, Calvin Nelson and Wyatt Nelson. She was the sister of the late Vincent Grant.
Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Monday, June 2, 2014 from 8:30-9:30 am in THE PRATA-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Christ The King Church, 120 Legris Avenue, West Warwick. Burial will be private.
